I have been coming here for exactly a year, and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the service. If I wanted a pedicure the way she did it today, I would have done it myself.Update: I have been back twice since then, and I have no complaints. The manager made things right for the last 2 visits, I'm very happy with the staff and plan to keep going.

Alina is the best! She is amazing, detailed oriented and she does exactly what you ask from her! Love the service I received!The online booking system is amazing! I think it super smart and head of the game.The only thing bother me that the owner told me she is running behind but someone will start your nails, but I knew it was not happening. I can understand why she did that but I just prefer honest communication rather than sit and wait and nobody really takes care of you like she said.

Went here last week and had a good experience. It was my first time getting acrylic nails done. I showed Theresa my inspo photo and video, and she did an amazing job recreating the design. Including waiting time and the actual service, the appointment was 1.5- 2 hours long. Added bonus is that students receive 10% off on Tuesdays when they bring their student ID. The first picture was taken right after the appointment and the second picture was taken a week later, and the nails are still holding up!
