Finally...found our go-to contractor.A retaining wall on the lower side of my parents' split-level home was caving due to lateral load and several concrete blocks had shifted.We contacted 3 different contractors for quotes. Rooterworx came in with the most comprehensive scope of work at a fair price. Most importantly their contract was straightforward and detailed every task to be done with no vague wording around extra costs to be determined after the work was complete. I had a drain back up in my furnace room on the Canada day long weekend. There was so much sewer water in my furnace because the drain was clogged. They were the only people I called which said they could come same day. Showed up in couple of hours. Very professional and reliable service. I feel lucky that I found them.
