Eugene (Ievgen) spent 1 hr diagnosing our problem so that he could provide an accurate estimate. Eugene's estimate was 1/4 the price of a competitor and his solution was less destructive. Honest, experienced and timely. Thank you Eugene.
Saturday morning my basement started flooding from a drain backup. I called Rooter Team and they came immediately. They put a camera in my drain and they found the problem and they snaked my drain beautifully. They were professional, knowledgeable and made sure everything was cleaned up after the job. I’m more than happy with the service! Will use again.
Eugene from Rooter Team Inc. did an amazing job replacing the main valve in the house. He did it efficiently, in a timely manner and even added an additional valve. The access to the valve was not easy, but Eugene cut it out neatly and now I have no problem reaching the shut-off valve with no issues. Highly recommended!
