This is very unusial to read about this place. They aren't here three months! Check with email or phone! Are you serious? One detail more. About help sent on my email complaint have to be handled via non functioned e mail or phone of the Rockwood orthopaedic shoes! Are you serious yelp?

Rude, aggressive, unattentive staff. Customers, one being myself, are waiting by the front desk and the staff is clearly having conversations behind the mirrored window, very aware that we are standing waiting for them to attend to us. I will not be returning here for future purchases. Drop the attitude and focus on your business and customer social skills, in addition to giving the customer the TWO correct pairs of shoes before handing over to customer.

I was there to have my insole done and to purchase ortho shoes. I wouldn't go there if they weren't close to my work. Out of the 3 times I was there (for my appointment, pick up my insole and to choose my shoes), I never once got good services. I feel like they would only talk and want to serve clients who speaks their own language and anyone else who walks in they would try to avoid talking to at all cost. They are very rude and I feel so unwelcome every single time I walk in there. Also, they never call me to let me know that my insoles were done. I had to go into the store a couple times to check with them if they were done. I only give them 2-stars because they have a good selection of shoes available. Never going back there after I pick up my shoes. They are not the only place that sells orthopedic shoes!
