Rick Appliances Repair came out fast when our fridge stopped cooling and they had the part and technician come out in 4 days. The technician Sachin was friendly and respectful of our home and completed the job in under two hours. Highly recommend their service.
Have utilized Rick's services on at least 3 occasions and for different appliances. Just repaired our 35 year old Inglis and running perfect. Rick is very knowledgeable on all major appliances and very professional.
Called Rick Appliance Repair to assess loud dishwasher whine that would occur briefly during cycle operation as well as error code displays. The tech., Ravi, was personable, efficient and obviously knowledgeable. Took the unit apart in a crowded work space, found a piece of plastic lodged in the pump flywheel. Advised that the pump seemed fine, not needing replacement when he could have easily told me that the part was damaged and that I needed a new pump. Problem solved. it’s reassuring to know that honest, reliable and knowledgeable small businesses still exist. Support them.
