A big thank you goes out to Ravi from Rick Appliance Repair. I have used Ravi on all my appliance repair jobs, and he is professional, polite, and efficient. Ravi goes the extra mile for his customers. When he didn't have the part to fix my leaking Kenmore (Samsung) washer, he left for about an hour and went to different stores looking for the part instead of placing an online order. Ravi returned (again in about an hour) with the part to fix the washer, and everything worked well. I am so happy I didn't have to wait days to get the part to fix my washer. I would highly recommend Ravi from Rick Appliance Repair.
