Rude staff especially evening shift Kumar and sabyo. As petro Canada suffered a attack my app was not working. As per a few news articles I realised that as car wash is not working via app I can go inside the store and will get a coupon based on my Petro Canada Card number. I unfortunately lost my card and had a picture of it. I never used the card as I was using app. When I went and asked these two cashiers they said we can't provide. I asked why and standard response ask Customer care. Then when I said everyone else is giving it. I washed last week in Sudbury as I was on a trip. I got a car wash yesterday morning at your Erin Mills and Battleford location and when I came out there were visible spots on the drivers side of the vehicle by the drivers door and passenger door and my front number plate was bent and the frame was broken from the automatic brushes at the wash. I showed it to the attendant and the manager on duty and the response was that its not a big deal and happens to their cars as well. I drive a 2023 Infinity QX-80 and was advised to take the vehicle to commercial wash instead. I would never recommend anyone to use the car wash at this site. Although they upgraded it it was a vain attempt at best. Half the car wash doesn't even have any brushes in it. I paid 16 bucks for their top wash and came home only to find the back of my car was still covered in dirt, you know the road dirt that gets on your car from wet roads and salt.The brush is never took any dirt off below the rear windshield. I had to grab a rag when I got home and go back out and wipe off the back of the car. Save your money go anywhere else but here. Don't try calling either because no one answers the phone.
