“My dog is timid and nervous and unfortunately had a couple negative experiences as a pup with other groomers.

Brenda is so good with her! Frankie is still nervous and squirmy but she’s definitely more comfortable with Brenda than anywhere else. I also really appreciate that the service is fast. One groomer we saw in the past (elsewhere) kept my dog for an entire day, which only added to my dog’s, anxiety. Brenda is calm, competent, great with my dog, and she is typically finished a full groom in under two hours… and Frankie leaves looking and smelling wonderful. Brenda has years of experience and it shows!“

My first night with my new mom and dad was very exciting, my new family already really love me and i can’t stop showing them how much I love them!

I kept mom and dad up all night nibbling on their toes and I especially loved head butting mom’s face while she was sleeping.

They have decided to rename me again to GREMLIN THE TOE EATER.

My big sister Boo just wanted to watch me.. kinda creepy.

“Regularly come here to use the dog wash. It's always clean, everything is generally in great working order (sinks, dryers) and well stocked with shampoo and conditioner. And my dog always gets a treat from the friendly staff that work here! If there are a few small things I need to pick up for my dog they generally have an option. They have plenty of dog food and snack options, even a small raw section.“

“I went in with a friend who was getting her cat's food. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I did a mini tour, I got to meet some cats that were up for adoption. You can tell when individuals really love their jobs the dude was so excited to show us the cats. It was my first time ever being in a Petsmart. I was really intrigued, the best part of my visit was the grooming area and seeing the dogs being groomed.“

“Came for a lion cut but my cat was too scared of clippers. Groomer still clipped nails and shaved some knots out but could not safely finish. I was not charged at all! Appreciated this, and commitment to keeping my cat safe. Groomers showed kindness and care to my pet“

“i cant thank pevs pamperd paws enough very friendly lady and very good at her job . i have a rescue who can somtimes be a bit nervous and jumpy ( shes a big girl ) and i have never used a groomer before so i was nervous myself aswell . but nope not with frances she took to her like they been friends forever and i felt comfortable after seconds of them meeting . she took the time to make her feel comfartable and relaxed and did a really good job . will defo be sticking with frances for pamper days . 10000% recomend to anyone looking for this service“
