i have been dealing with this location for almost a year and never an issue never been mistreated by CSR'S i am a very happy lady i sent the EMT and can reloan as soon as the store opens if needed very happy

Ended up short on cash day before my next day first-thing-in-the-morning appointment, made it into this location half an hour before closing hour, the CSR working at the time was with another client at the time and I was amazed by the way she managed the customer complain (that was regarding Western Union and not the store)

When it was my turn we realized I didnt have the proper documents on me, just when I thought this wouldn't work out she suggested a solution and then another (since the first one wasn't successfull) this delayed the process to past the closing time when she still didnt give up and finally we managed to come up with way... read full review
