Recently driving my rather old Rav4 (18 years old and still going), I had a sudden brake problem on a Sunday, with noise coming from a wheel. I needed a brake inspection and consequently a complete handbrake mechanism replacement. A full kit of quite a few parts had to be ordered and in place before I could return for the work to be done.
I would like to mention Elary Hana in the Service Dept. for her excellent service, getting me an appointment on short notice, ordering the parts, and making sure the parts had all come in.
