When we came to pick up the vehicle, staff took the time to explain what had been done. My family and I have been coming to MARS for the last decade, service has always been exceptional. Jacob is very thorough and advises only what really needs to be done. Also like how they custom build a maintenance plan for our vehicles, allowing us to budget accordingly. MARS is top notch & I highly recommend, 10/10
