My dog needed heart care food which had vanished from my usual vet's website where he orders food, when i asked them, they didn't know why. I called many other animal hospitals asking for answers to see if anyone carried that food and some of them said they couldn't help me because i wasn't their client. When i called this hospital, the receptionist Jillian immediately did her best to find out what had happened. Not only did she manage to find out the food i wanted was discontinued but she also helped me with what food to give my dog instead. This is the best animal clinic than a few clinics that I went to with my lovely dog. The front desk staff and the doctor are more professional to provide more information about vaccines. I will keep my dog stay with the clinic in his life time. Strong recommend!

Our beloved cat, Rice Noodle, went missing and finally returned home after 20 days. The very first thing we did was take him to the vet.
Jynn was incredibly helpful, warmhearted, and compassionate throughout the visit. Her ability to speak both fluent English and Chinese was a great asset. Whenever medical terms came up, she patiently helped us communicate with the vet❤️
