My AC broke down last weekend and I urgently contacted a few companies to try to get it fixed asap. Among the several companies I contacted for quotes and help, Shawn from Mas Air Home Comfort really stood out to me during our call. He was very understanding and patient as he helped me narrow down the problem. Two workers came the next morning punctually and got a new AC unit installed- they worked efficiently, and were very friendly but professional, which I really appreciated.
