Our attic door suddenly fell from the ceiling and it was a terrible moment. I called up few contractors who looked at the door and fixture and gave me an estimate. Leo was one amongst them but he approached the repair job professionally as he explained the job entailment patiently. We liked his suggestion and decided to hire his services. He did a fantastic job meeting our expectation and staying true to his word. I wish him and his team @ Lepata a wonderfull journey ahead.
Design and Building Permit Acquisition
Lepata Construction were fantastic, working diligently with us to design an addition that would meet our needs. They visited the home on several occasions to take measurements and assess the structure, electrical panel, rooflines, etc. and later to take us through design options and explain all options clearly. They were highly transparent throughout and were very responsive to our feedback. They submitted our building permit application and helped us through the approval stage as well. Working with them was a pleasure and I hope to do so again in the future!
A former contractor renovated our washroom, which included removing floor tiles and re-tiling. That contractor apparently did not adequately secure the sub-floor prior to laying the tiles. After a few months, the floor started to squeak when walking on the floor. The original contractor and the general contractor were ultimately fired due to many issues during the renovation. Our designer recommended Leonas to research and hopefully fix the squeaky floor - which he did. So thankful that the renovated washroom is now perfect.
