I had an amazing experience at LA Fitness! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and informative. They made me feel right at home. The facility itself was spotless, and the machines were in excellent condition. I loved that it wasn’t too crowded, so I never had to wait to use any equipment. The free weights area was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Plus, free parking is available, which is super convenient. There are also many great restaurants nearby if you’re looking for a post-workout meal. This gym is simply phenomenal and the management team including Chase Bachan and Pooja are super sweet and very professional and are always willing to listen and are open to feedback.
The place is so clean compared to the other gyms in Mississauga too!!!!

I really like this location because of their women's centre and how cleanly it is! I appreciate how at this location their women's centre is quite spacious and offers more equipment than other locations I've been to
