Priya provides excellent customer service - she is attentive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure members have everything they need. The gym has a variety of well-maintained equipment, and users are diligent about sanitizing machines before and after use, creating a pleasant environment. Overall, LA Fitness offers a comfortable and enjoyable fitness experience.
I visited this location with my mother. Pranav informed me and my family about the new Pilates incentive and got our names down on some VIP list. He was very helpful and professional. Glad this gym is in good hands great job la fitness
Pranav is a very kind and generous manager who helped me with my questions and made everything super easy for me. I notified him there was a spill in the washroom and he immediately got a mop and started cleaning it! La fitness great job on choosing a great manager who actually does the dirty work! he’s so nice and humble!
I spoke with Pranav the on duty manager over the phone about a Black Friday membership deal, and he delivered nothing but honesty and clarity with the pricing. His professionalism, communication, and overall charisma made the whole conversation effortless. Even with the Black Friday chaos going on, he still made it a priority to make me feel welcomed and taken care of.
This is hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.
