The absolute worst customer service, I left over 12 messages and they promise to return your call with 2 hours and still no returned call after many, many, many months of messages. I ended my contract with them and they continued to charge my charge my credit card. Even after conversation with Mike and promising to return my charges they still continued to charge my card so I was forced to cancel the credit card.
