The price is reasonable and the service is great.

From Hair Shine

We are opened and only take clients by appointment only. Our entire staff has been fully vaccinated. We are also equipped with screening table, dividers between chairs, disposable capes, and other safety measurements in order to ensure our community's safety. Important notice (Must Follow): 1. Wear a mask throughout your appointment. 2. Wash your hair at home prior to haircut appointments (Optional, Recommended). 3.
