One of the best gyms I’ve been to. This particular facility has it all - from a stacked gym with lots of weights, machines, to a sauna, plunge pool, swimming pool, recovery room, massage chairs - the list goes on. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. One of my favourite gyms :)
Thank you Tara for all your hard work. Always providing a positive gym atmosphere and keeping things in clean and in order. Lots of equipment variety at this gym and great pool, sauna, cold/hot tub .
Farina creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with her genuine enthusiasm. She remembers every interaction we’ve had and always takes the time to ask about my day. Her positive energy makes the gym a place where people love to return. Shoutout to Dallas for providing great knowledge w training.
