This is my second got with Philip and team on getting a permit. The first iteration was smooth and for the most part painless. The second go was a simple addition, which was 11K over budget (7K quote vs 19K total spend just for Gaspar) and took 2 years to get. All because they could not get pylon foundations through the city. You are paying professionals to do this precise work, otherwise you can outsource architectural and engineering drawings to 1 order of magnitude cheaper.There was a change in staff or competency during 2022 that has deteriorate my trust in this firm. I would recommend individuals to steer clear of them until they sort out their business.

Working with Philip has been a wonderful experience. He patiently worked with us to make sure that our plans took all of our needs and concerns into consideration. He provided us with a step-by-step overview of the process and took the time to explain when we didn't understand something. He is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We are ready to begin our renovation, thanks to Philip and his team.
