I visited Fortelli today and had a great experience! Holly was my hairstylist and I am so glad she cut my hair because it looks beautiful. I have thin fine hair, however, Holly was knowledgeable and knew what would look best, whilst also maintaining my hair length which I said I wanted to keep. So happy with the service. I highly recommend visiting this location and working with Holly!
Have a bit of a love/hate relationship with the salon.
The Good (and it is very good). The stylists do an amazing job and I feel great when I leave. The reception staff are very friendly, polite and will accommodate you where possible.
The Bad. I have lost three stylists in the last year. One is returning but only working during office hours. No evenings or weekends. The salon is also one of the more expensive in Mississauga.
The Ugly. Had a manicure here several years ago and because it was taking a long time she wouldn’t finish the manicure even though it was her last appointment. Had to come back the following... read full review
I go to Fortelli’s every couple of months to get a trim/cut. The salon its self is beautiful and when I get my hair washed, what a treat, a head massage is amazing! My stylist is Fantastic in fact she is an artist. Kelly is one of the best and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her!
