I am so incredibly happy with my purchase. Floors direct west came highly recommended by our contractor and I can see why. EJ is so knowledgeable with all of the products in store and took time to help us find the product that suited us best. He was extremely responsive via email and always called back right away.I shopped around at 6 other stores in the Peel region and no other store was offering the same knowledge, customer service or quality at the same pricing as floors direct west. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service! We visited many flooring places and EJ was far and away the best person we spoke to. He was straight forward and very knowledgeble regarding why we should consider one product over another. Not only did he help us select our floors, he arranged excellent pricing. Delivery came exactly when expected. Highly recommend EJ and the team at Floor Direct West!
