Depreciated the Value of our Home. Purchased & installed almost 4000sf of Aqua Elmwood Vinyl in July 2021 from Brampton. Problems started within a month after installation. Corners and joints were chipping, small pieces breaking and coming out. Store did arrange inspection from the manufacturer whose report clearly stated flooring should have Not been installed in the first place due to higher than acceptable threshold of subfloor inclination. We are NOT the Experts. Problem should had been identified and brought to our attention at the time of measurements, prior to purchase & installation. Off course for any company making $22 is enticing… It has been 1 ½ YEARS and the only resolution Brampton flooring had offered comes with the price of $29,000 to redo the entire house. This company has already DEPRECIATED the value of our home so much. Has us waiting for more than a year for a resolution. WHO IN THE RIGHT STATE after having paid $22, 000 and having nothing BUT problems would pay another $29,000 to THE VERY SAME COMPANY to address an issue that as professionals should have called out when they came to measure. We want reimbursement. We Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. We do not want this company to touch our home EVER again. Filling report with Better Business Bureau & taking this legally. We are done waiting and emailing and trying to resolve this in an amiable manner. Marcia M. Caledon
