I've loved this gym for almost 4 years, dating back to my first pregnancy. Deb, the owner, is amazing. She's inspiring, pushes you but understands the new Mama body limits and emotional pressures all too well. You can bring your kids, you can leave them at home (for those lucky ladies where that's an option). But best of all, especially now during the pandemic is the online access! I personally am really liking the live sessions, bit of accountability. But it's awesome to have access to the video after if live doesn't work out. You won't find another gym like this one.
I love the variety of workouts. The best thing I now recently love now that my baby is getting older, she is able to socialize while I work out.
I have been training with Deb at FBTL since October, when my daughter was 4 months old. I was recovering from complications following delivery, and Deb was amazing at easing me back into fitness, while helping me reach my goals. We did bi-weekly semi-private and private personal training for 6 months, and attended mom & baby core class weekly. Deb designed individual workouts that were tough and kicked my butt, but helped me lose weight and inches! No two days were the same. We love FBTL and are going to miss our mom and baby time at the studio. I recommend FBTL to all mama's-to-be for prenatal classes, and new moms looking to get back into fitness after baby. Thanks Deb, we had so much fun, even on the days where I could barely move after ;)
