I have been going to this hair salon more than 15 years. We stopped going to this place only when COVID came to the picture. But overall experience, it's the best, Tom knows what he is doling.Services: Hair coloring

I gave this location three stars because some of the staff are very friendly and hard working. I had been a loyal customer for a few years however sadly I stopped going because the supervisor was extremely rude or cold to me all though I had been very polite to her I was not one of those difficult customers that complain about every little thing. Maybe I reminded her of someone she doesn't like I am not sure . It was uncalled for and very unprofessional it has been three years and because of that experience I wont be going back ever but I wish the rest of the staff the very best.

Thank you Mila for helping my sister get her huge matted knot our of her hair. My sister suffers from severe depression and hasn't combed her hair in a long time. You were so kind, gentle and professional. As for your coworker Sheba. You should be kind to people and you dont know why someone is coming in there. Have some compassion. Your attitude and way of handling yourself is absolutely disgusting. Take a page out of your colleague Mila's playbook and learn. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will be emailing the head office as well. Remember karma doesn't escape anyone. Be kind and do better.
