After 30 years being Fido and Rogers customer, i had my worst experience at this location. For a simple phone exchange I had to spend almost my whole Sunday at the store, left with much confusion and frustration..went back there on Monday morning and a young lady Amira help me a lot( the best part of my experienxe).. Still lost all my pass words and much more personal data I had in my old phone. Went back again on Tuesday seeking assistance, but instead got a lot of attitude from one of the clerks( a fat brown guy). Never going back there again.

The two staff members here lied. Last week, I went to this store and told them that I wanted to buy a Fido plan for my child. I asked them what the cheapest plan was. I mentioned that I only needed a little data or no data at all because the phone was for a young student. These two men (wearing light green shirts) told me that the cheapest plan was CAD$50 per month, with 20GB of data. I didn't think that was what I wanted, so I didn't purchase it. However, when I went to another Fido store, they told me that Fido has always had a plan for students that only costs CAD$15 per month! Hello, despite having my Fido phone line blocked for international communication, they issued me a hefty bill for calling America. Since my international communication was blocked, I shouldn't have been able to make that call. I recently moved to this country and didn't know that the code for the country I called is the same as Canada's. Initially, they admitted it was an error because of the block and said I would be refunded. Now, after talking to them again, they said they won't refund me. This is clearly unfair gain, and I do not accept it. I will close my line and my spouse's line as well. I do not recommend using a Fido line at all.
