After having issues sourcing enough tile for my project, I stopped in Factory Tile on a Sunday afternoon. They have a beautiful showroom with a great selection!!!! And even better was the incredible customer service. Shout out to Mackenzie who was THE BEST. Not only did she get us the info and quote we wanted, she recommended the amount we needed and followed up to get the order complete. I wish all customer service experiences were this amazing!!!! Highly recommended!
