Before finding her, I had a bad experience at another salon that left my eyebrows completely butchered, and I was hesitant to let anyone touch them again. Jessie completely saved them and truly changed my life!

Even though Motherpluckers is quite far from where I live and work, it’s worth the trip every single time. Jessie takes her time, is an absolute pro at what she does, and I trust her completely. “I highly recommend Joanne Lipp's services especially electrolysis treatment. It is the only permanent hair removal solution out there and truly life changing (including for people whose hair problems got worse with laser!). Gloria, Madeleine and the rest of the staff members are amazing and have over 40 years of experience so they really know what they are doing and have extensive expertise in the field to safely and effectively perform these treatments/electrolysis. They also have great skin care products for after-care which has generally helped me a lot with acne, dryness and rosacea as well.

Great ambience, such a cute pleasant place and extremely sanitary! I have also tried a bunch of their facials and lash lifts which gave me absolutely amazing results. My skin has improved so much and always glows after these treatments!

The staff here truly cares about helping their customers with their issues and provide what they need. They are extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. “First time ever doing a pedi cos my girl wanted to go with me. Despite being extremely uncomfortable and ticklish, and hate my ogre feet touched, the lady was friendly, careful and accommodating. In the end I was a little less uncomfortable, my goblin feet lookin a little less gnarly, still unhappy but my girl was happy with hers so all good... Sorry I soaked ur seats with sweat...and boys...
