I was looking for OEM filters. I called the manufacturer and they gave me 2 numbers. I called both. Both had great customer service ... One was double the cost. Thank you Ennerplace for not over charging like other places do.

Have used them since 2015 for my HVAC Merv11 filters for my home. The quality is excellent and pricing even with the shipping charges to the states is much lower than I have found elsewhere for similar quality. Do your research and order the correct fitment and you will be very satisfied.

Had a slight misunderstanding in regards to an item I've ordered where the description was inadvertently forgotten to be updated.

The merchant took full responsibility and took care of this matter promptly in a professional matter.

I could have been left without any resolution. Due to the extra effort provided by this merchant I have no choice but to raise my rating from 1/5 to 4/5.
