We urgently needed a basement technician specialist for our newly purchased home to check everything in terms of waterproofing, mould, potential cracks and checking the drains. Maria was very understanding and worked to find someone to squeeze into the roster on a very busy day. Sergio, the technician lead, was very knowledgeable - they checked everywhere diligently, inside and out, and provided some recommendations to ensure the longevity of the home. He conducted his work very professionally. He checked everything and did not upsell any unrequired services even when I probed. Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended!!

I live in the Scarborough area and we demolished and rebuilt our home. We are surrounded with plenty of water and we had major issues with our subpump. I called Drain Com who did an amazing job! Better than than the builder who did not care about our home. Drain Com has excellent customer service, fair price, you can text them anytime you want and they come, friendly, professional, experienced, gives the best solution, they are not WAM BAM thank you mam and you never see them again, they answer the phone, they are only a text away. They replaced long run of sewer drain buried 10 feet under front steps and lawn. Competitive pricing and quality materials. They have the equipment and are very professional. Accommodating and went beyond. Excellent company and crew.
