The clinic's policy is to charge for a visit if there is a change in the pet's condition. The clinic reached out and was very apologetic, taking care of a dog and getting remaining needles out. The service provided was much different from the initial one, with updates every hour or so and photos of a pup recovering. The management and regular vets were thanked. The hospital has amazing staff and very great doctors who really care for your pet. They kept clients positive during treatment. The entire team showed how much they care about furry family members. Special thanks to Dr. Chahal, Kasandra, and Riley for saving a life on the Labour Day Long Weekend when other emergency vets were not able to do major surgery. The pet is doing well. However, prices are very inflated. There are concerns about porcupine quills not being removed, with a significant cost for a procedure. The attitude of one of the vets was unacceptable, lecturing about coffee and complaining to stressed-out clients. The clinic was disorganized, and clients were told about discharge in 15 minutes every 30 minutes.
