They were able to identify deficiencies in the as built condition which we were able to incorporate in our first year audit. They are absolutely customer focused. I have used Detail Roofing for a number of years, who are very professional and very prompt when dealing with roof issues that needed addressed. The staff at Detail Roofing are very caring, knowledgeable and always able to help and educate my Board when questions arise. We love their detailed reports with pictures and explanations on what deficiencies where observed during roof inspections.
