would give zero if possible. customer service is a joke. they don't want to honor warranty and will give the run around for all reasons possible in hopes that you give up and not hold them accountable for their lack of service in regards to warranty claims. Something should be done about this company.
Very bad they refuse to uphold the warranty and sends you in circles wasting your time in hopes that you'll give up they do not deserve any stars at all makes me believe they're scammers!!!
Worst company took work with. I emailed with them for 5 months about an ice maker I had purchase that literally exploded and the refused to honor their product warranty. They were supposed to send my case to be reevaluated but it has been 2 months and I still have not heard back on if they will send me a new ice machine or a check to replace. Absolutely do not recommend purchasing fridgedaire products.
