I've been going to Crystal Nails for over 20 years. I wore acrylic nails for 15 years and when I retired had them removed.
I now go for manicure every 2 weeks with a pedicure added every 4 weeks. These ladies are very professional and very friendly. Highly recommend.
Always friendly, always happy and I am always greeted with a warm hello. The ladies do their best to get me in when I’m slow to book an appointment. Which is often.
The salon uses all sorts of methods to ensure a tidy and clean environment. I never feel rushed or misunderstood and if something isn’t right - I just ask them to fix it. We are human. We make mistakes.
In my experience, the customers are friendly, helpful and kind to one another as well.
