2nd time coming here..
My experience was excellent! had Hui for a facial and Lydia for foot reflexology... Lydia was exceptional she was so sweet and the foot/leg massage was so good... she also did my upper back and just wow! She got all the knots out. Hui did my facial, it was so relaxing... there was a bit of black head left but I was not expecting my face to look as clean and hydrated after. Hui did an excellent job. All the staff were friendly, nothing felt rushed and I was so relaxed after the appointment. Glad I got to meet few different people, all great at their jobs and very professional! ....

Made a same day appointment for me and my husband. We had a good massage booked. Staff was very friendly. We found it strange that we had to share a room with another couple. Door was open and there was a lot of noise so difficult to relax. My husband and I both like hard pressure. We thought it wasn’t as hard as we would like it though we asked for it a few times. For the hour foot massage they do neck and shoulder in the beginning which was really nice. Though the place to sit and get your neck and shoulder massage was a bit awkward. It was like a padded stool. Overall okay experience, was expecting it to be much better.
Can be 5 stars if they clean towels better for chairs and the tubs they put feet in. I requested another towel as it was evidently dirty. Tub was dirty but they put plastic cover on it, they still should clean the tub itself.
Complimentary warm water and green tea. Offering water bottles would be better
Pros; good foot massage. Includes ankles, toes, top of foot and bottom along with calves. It’s great to include half legs. Can get more pressure or less, whatever you like. Tina and Lillian did great. Shoulder massage has stretching which is good. The add on is not worth it as it’s a dry massage for shoulders which isn’t relaxing.
