The estimate was done with great attention to detail, and some good suggesstions, and they provided a detailed written quote. We paid a 2K deposit, and scheduled the install at my 91 year old mothers house for a couple of weeks out. Sadly, mom died suddenly two days before. When I called to cancel, and gave the reason, I did not even have to ask: the Carefree rep immediately said we will be refunding your full deposit, and we are sorry for your loss. So yes, I give a 5 star rating to this company.

George and Stephanie the “Dynamic Duo” did a fantastic job! They were on time, courteous, quick, and cleaned everything up when completed. I would highly recommend this team for any bathroom renovations. I now have a beautiful walk-in tub that I can’t wait to use. A-1 rating from me. We have nothing but positive comments to make re Carefree Bathing's renovation to our ensuite bathroom. The existing ensuite was over 40 years old. We finally got it updated with a new tub, floor tile, wall tile, vanity , lighting and fixtures. George & Elsa started the project on time and finished it on schedule. They were efficient and very diligent protecting the new hardwood floor which had recently been installed throughout the 2nd floor of our home.
