Got quotes from 3 places and these guys were the most affordable and the only ones willing to give me an approximate cost without first charging me for a camera inspection (I knew what the issue probably was since it has happened before). Terry was professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. Would hire again.

My neighbour (semi-detached) and I got our lead pipes replaced at the same time, which Naz at Canadian Rooter was willing to provide a discount on. I got a quote, and my neighbour got a quote from another company. Naz called back right away, came over the next day and always returned my calls within 1/2 an hour. My neighbour waited and waited for his other company, then tried another and eventually got an appointment. Naz's quote was cheaper so we went with him. But it wasn't just price. We had Canadian Rooter quote and performed a major installation of Trench drains in our shop. They were also able to diagnose and identify problems with our existing underground piping infrastructure. They proposed a solution and were able execute immediately. Their quality of work was excellent, and they were able to complete the job in a timely manner as we were under a significant time constraint. The process of negotiation of prices right down to coordination of work was handled very well. Naz was a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again in the future for any major plumbing or industrial work.
