If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered two items from this place LAST YEAR September. I tried calling, emailing and I got no response or couldn’t get through. I should have read reviews first… thankfully my bank refunded me since I filled for fraud. 9 months later I received an email saying my item was shipped… NINE WHOLE MONTHS…… let’s see if I actually get the items. NEVER purchase from these guys

Beware, this business is a SCAM. I placed an order online (March 22, 2024) for $270 worth of hair products. My credit card was charged and I received an e-receipt saying my order would be shipped via Canada Post in 4 to 9 business days. At first it appears very credible, it's made to look like a Shopify checkout receipt. Three weeks later, and I had not received my order or any proof of shipping. I followed up with several emails, phone calls (the 1-888 number is constantly busy and the local phone number goes to a voicemail with a different business name on it), and "live chat" where there is no response. Placed an order January 2, 2024. Received email stating it would be shipped within 4-9 business days. Fast forward today, I emailed asking about my order as I had never received any info after order was placed. Received an email back saying my order was canceled because of shortage of product and my $ was refunded. Had I not inquired, I wouldn't have know any of this. Still habe not received my refund.Terrible customer service, terrible communication. Terrible experience overall. Don't waste your time with this company.
