(Review should have been posted a few months ago)I wanted the grey hair gone (it was mostly by the roots) so visited here for a full head colouring. Had explained that my natural hair colour is a very dark brown but not black, so that’s what I wanted, but perhaps I wasn’t clear. Unfortunately when it was completed, it was definitely black that was used.The process also took much longer than I was accustomed to, for the same procedure by my previous stylist (not in Ontario). Revised: I went to inquire about getting my hair permed into waves. I was hesitant because I don't like the way the hairdresser demonstrated the style and I think it didn't seem worth the $250 price. However, I decided to have him trim my hair, since I feel sorry that I have taken up him 10 mintues to discuss my hair. I mentioned that I had been growing my hair long for almost half a year to have a long hairstyle. I still wanted a perm after this trim in the near future. Myself and my 90 year old mother have been customers here for quite some time.I recently had highlights from Bruce to even out my salt and pepper hair and have received many compliments.We have had our hair cut and styled by Carmela and nails done by Yasmin.
