I spoke with a few mechanics and the dealership prior to making my decision on going with Charlie at BimmerSport. Charlie is very knowledgeable and experienced. He took a video of the issue along with keeping the parts that needed to be changed to show me what was wrong with them. BimmerSport is also priced very well. The car is running great!
I'm a dealership only guy. Why have your widget serviced by anyone else but the widget manufacturer, right? Bimmersport taught me different.
