I found Aspen Wood Floors searching for suppliers and installers of mirage hardwood floors. From my initial interaction with the Sales Rep(Preet), having estimates done, and subsequent installation, my expectations were set and met. Preet was very engaged throughout the process ensuring I had a good experience. The installers were professional, helpful, and efficient. I am loving my new floors! There was one small issue identified, but Aspen was very responsive in having it resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Aspen and trusting them with your flooring needs.

Responsive sales people, excellent quality (Mercier hardwood), and fantastic installers. The entire experience was good, however the installers (Afghan crew) really did do a perfect job. Installation was less than 3 days for approximately 1,200 square feet (all of 2nd floor excluding 2 bathrooms). We almost never get products delivered or things installed without problems, but this job really was perfect.

From day one when we walked into Aspen floors store the experience was pleasant. Ms Preet was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the difference between the different types of floors. We took our sample home and decided on what it was we wanted. The person came over and inspected our rooms and explained what had to be done, another knowledgeable person, he was so friendly and explained everything that had to be done. After everything was done and ready for the floor to be laid it was so fast. In half a day the work was completed.
