Meh… I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for a HomePod system with no one coming to help me. Kind of annoying seeing how there are many employees that don’t appear to be busy.

I wanna give props to Daniel for the excellent customer service. I just picked up my iPhone 16 and turns. I pre ordered it but turns out I was standing in the wrong line for about 25 minutes. When I told Daniel I already had a pre order and I wasn’t buying on the spot he got me out of there and brought me straight into the store to grab my phone. Thank you brother I appreciate it very much
