Do not go Mississauga location, They are unprofessional people. They put 6.1 litter oil in 4 cyl car. They charged me extra for oil and I paid $800 to fix my car. Extra oil damage my car

I didn't have the opportunity to get an oil change. I bought a groupon which stated you had to wait 48 hours to use. Which I did. When I got there they first tried to tell me "you can't use this you bought this yesterday" so I said no, it's been 48 hours. Then the guy said "well you need to wait 72 hours to get the oil change" that it was "groupon policy" and there was "nothing they could do". When I contacted groupon they said it wasn't true that they should have honoured it. I got my money refunded. Clearly they don't need (or want) my business.

Have used this place a few times, but never checked their work before. Windshield washer fluid was not topped up, as the bill had stated that it was. When I got home, my husband put in 2.5 litres of fluid. Secondly the oil level exceeded the recommended maximum fill line by at least 1.5 litres. If my husband had not caught this error, the engine of my 1 year old SUV would have been damaged. This was only my vehicle's 3rd ever oil change, as mileage is only 24k. He had to take it right back and have them release the excess oil...but only after an argument from the technician, who tried to claim it was "no big deal".
