On Friday, June 14/24, AGRTAC Streetsville took their customer service to a new level. I recently visited the Active Green + Ross Tire Streetsville location for off-rim tire change, and I must say their customer service is great. I appreciated that I was charged the exact price quoted beforehand, with no unexpected extras or attempts to upsell.
Their commitment to providing excellent service at fair prices ensures that I'll be returning for all my car service needs in the future. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable automotive care.

These guys are pretty great I admit. But there’s room for improvement. First, and I brought this to their attention, the online quote you get should harmonize with the final quote you get from the shop. The shop has extra charges amounting to 40 to 50 extra dollars. They said that the head office should fix the online quote to reflect the real price. Ok so someone should do that. Second my new tires had too much pressure in them. Instead of 35 psi they had 41psi. Little things can mean a lot.
