We re visited David Shapeira's office to re new mortgage with new lender , He was very helpful throughout the whole process , we had to find and have someone take over mortgage bcuz previous loaner only wanted to hold for 1 year which we mistakenly thought was for two yrs so when we finally realized that we needed to find another financier Between David , both his receptionists & Rick Harding's office + receptionist Amy we were treated so Great and everyone answered all my questions ,as well offered free advice I would advise anyone that could use legal expertise as well as being Great Person to use David Shapeira's office ..Ms Amy Schultz+James Coulton
