Hired Lichti Construction for the ICF work on 2 apartment buildings. Chad and has Crew worked precisely, efficiently and neatly to get the job done in minimal time. Highly Recommended!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Lichti construction absolutely deserve as many stars as possible! From the knowledge and expertise to their professionalism and talent Chad and his team more than exceeded our expectations. He constructed our dream home and words can’t express how grateful we are. We would, and have recommended Lichti construction to anyone. The quality of construction speaks for itself. Our ICF home is absolutely stunning and we are truly grateful to Chad and his entire team at Lichti Construction! Again, we would recommend Lichti Construction without hesitation!Thank you again for everything you’ve done
