Heart, Passion , Integrity and above all Values . These are all catch phrases that I have seen featured in other locations and at times I had heard them when I was interviewed joined other brokerages in the past. Until I came to Meadowtowne and here it became the pillars of my career. The choices are vast when getting into Real Estate or thinking of changing offices. Plenty when it comes to locations to join and I too was caught up on locations that flashed and dashed. They presented me with all the gimmicks and showed me all the fancy offices and cafeterias. I too was eager to join and eager to be part of something but that did not happen on multiple OTHER Brokerages. It was never the truth or the Pillars until I joined Royal Lepage Meadowtowne Realty . The Heart was evident when I had my sit downs with Alex and Gloria on every Occasion when Their directive is less about them and ALWAYS about my Growth. When the entire conversation will revolve around enhancing and elevating and less about the deal that got away I knew I was home at last. The Passion was true when combined Gloria and Alex Offer over 40 years of Real Estate door to door hands on experience. One does not have this many sites and is present at all times at any time without a Passion for Real Estate . The passion they offer goes beyond just another sale or listing but Personal Growth. That personal touch and present hands on approach that each offer in the office is truly comforting and pleasing to be part of each and every time. Integrity has 2 meanings that each separately encapsulate its core of Royal Lepage Meadowtowne. 1-the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. 2-the state of being whole and undivided. These definitions are more than common phrases that is part of this culture but perhaps the core of what makes working out of Meadowtowne locations such a joy and fulfilling experience. Values such a simple word that many assume to use that word for worth of a product or service yet here it is used with greater substance and belief. Value for this brokerage goes towards principles and standards that are held at the highest of regards and lived each and every day. Options for new agents and Seasoned vets exist and they are now located at every street corner. The offerings that some will present might be pleasant at first but at the core of all choices is where the truth lies . When I switched to become part of something bigger than myself the results just followed. The results have more than improved they have advanced and grown day by day and every way I am grateful that I walked in and decided to grow my craft and my self.
