Friendly staff that are aware they are working in a pet store where kids want to look at animals. The staffs friendly nature blends so well with the reason why you are there, to purchase food for a family pet.Shelves are organized and kept tidy.Never had an issue at this location.

Jordyn when above and beyond the call of duty in the name of the animals. I walked in there today and explained that I needed to check my point value before ordering my food because my cat just had a surgery and I’m budgeting this month and she was so helpful so kind she deserves a raise.

Great food and great service as always. They made a custom udon noodles with spicy sauce for my wife who is vegetarian. It was the best udon noodles we've had. Slightly pricy but likely one of the best Chinese joints I keep visiting
