Ms. Vibhuti was such a fantastic customer service representative I was amazed.
So cognizant, and aware, she seemed to have an intuitive ability to meet the customer from were they are coming from.
Her ability to communicate and project a positive and cooperative relationship, as well as moving the process along was enjoyable and fun. I love Her sense of humor.
Nice young lady.
Personally I hope she continues in the customer service/care profession. As she learns from experience I believe she will be one of the leaders in the future.
