I had Mario replace our roofing back in May 2022. At the time, he provided me with one the best quote I could find in the area. There were better quotes, but they didn't sound as professional during initial approach. I would have preferred better communication on some things as waterproofing underlayment (which I assumed was standard - but was excluded from the quote).
Mario himself is easy to communicate with and get a hold of, down-to-earth, courteous. So was his installation team. They overall did a good job - roof looks great (for most part*) and hasn't leaked so far. Here are some minuses:

Mario and team did an amazing job. Hands down best roofers in town. Also, Mario offers reasonable quotes and uses excellent products. Would recommend to anyone looking for a roofing job done in GTA.
