I had an amazing experience today! I walked in contemplating if I should chop my hair more than 4 inches. I showed Jameel a few pictures of what I had in mind and he knew exactly what to do. I’m glad I had someone so experienced and professional to cut it exactly how I had imagined. The atmosphere is so positive and pleasant. The studio is super clean. I called and they were able to squeeze me in 45 mins before closing time which I appreciated! Today I went for a long bob which is slightly shorter in the back and a tiny bit long in the front. UPDATE: I was invited back today to the salon by Michael to do a correction/ redo for the Keratin treatment . I will not wash my hair for three days so don’t know the result BUT I am happy that the salon took ownership and showed superb customer service. So thank you for that. I also had my haircut today by Soha who was incredible as usual and gave me a wonderful style after the keratin treatment. Based on this I am changing my rating to 5 star.I have been to this salon before and have been happy with their cut. Soha is one of the best stylists for blow drying I have ever had. Be been going to her for years and she is thorough, artful and always professional. I constantly get compliments after she has done my hair. Would totally recommend her for regular blow dries or a special occasion style.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
